Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

    • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and ship it back using the provided return label.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a flat rate of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@jayloochies.com.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size.

International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
